Winter in Sichuan offers a breathtaking spectacle with snow-capped mountains, frozen lakes, and the captivating wildlife including pandas. Begin your journey from Chengdu and ascend to the Xiling Snow Mountain ski resort before continuing to the enchanting winter wonderland of Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park. Please note that this tour is exclusively available from January 15 to February 28.

DAY 1 Chengdu

Transfer via: plane - your arrangement

Activities for today: Airport to hotel transfer

Upon arrival in Chengdu, you will be met and transferred to the hotel check in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

DAY 2 Chengdu/Xiling Snow Mountain

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Xiling Snow Mountain

After breakast at the hotel, meet the guide and drive about 2-2.5 hours to Xiling Snow Mountain.

Upon arrival, take cable car up to the Ski Resort to enjoy some interesting activities (optional for your own expense), such as snowmobile driving, sleighing, hot air ballooning, flying saucer, skiing, etc.

DAY 3 Xiling Snow Mountain/Chengdu

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Xiling Snow Mountain

Morning continue to enjoy skiing or snow activities (at your own expense) at the Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort. In the afternoon, drive back to your hotel in Chengdu.

DAY 4 Chengdu

Activities for today: Leshan Giant Buddha

Make an excursion to Leshan to see the world's largest stone giant Buddha. We will visit the Lingyun Temple, the ancient Plank Cliff Path and the Stele Forest. Drive back to Chengdu.

Optional evening show: Sichuan Opera Face Changing Show

DAY 5 Chengdu

Activities for today: Chengdu Panda Base, Jinsha Site Museum, Jinli Old Street

After breakfast in your hotel, we will drive to Chengdu Panda Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (commonly known as Chengdu Panda Base) to visit the lovely pandas. Then transfer to explore Jinsha Site Museum and have a walk in Jinli Old Street to experience the local culture and people's life.

DAY 6 Chengdu / Jiuzhaigou

Transfer via: high speed train - our arrangement

Activities for today: Songpan Old Town

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will be accompanied to Chengdu East Train Station to board the high-speed train to Zhenjiangguan. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and taken to explore Songpan Old Town. Afterwards, you will proceed to Jiuzhaigou and check in at your hotel.

DAY 7 Jiuzhaigou

Activities for today: Jiuzhaigou Valley

Today, we will visit some famous sites in Jiuzhaigou Valley, including the Long Lake, Multi-color Pool, Panda Lake, Mirror Lake, Tiger Lake, Nuorilang Waterfall, Pearl Waterfall and so on.

DAY 8 Jiuzhaigou/Exit

Transfer via: high speed train - our arrangement

Activities for today: Hotel to airport transfer

This morning, your driver will escort you to Zhenjiangguan Train Station for the high speed train to Chengdu East Train Station.

Tips
It takes approximately 40-50 minutes by taxi to travel from Chengdu East Station to Tianfu International Airport, covering a distance of about 60 kilometers.

It takes around 30-40 minutes by taxi to travel from Chengdu East Station to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, covering a distance of approximately 24 kilometers.
