We have arrived back safely in Australia. The trip was really great, everything about it was wonderful. Charlie is a blessing, so kind and helpful, a great guide. The driver was very good we felt safe at all times. 

The program was amazing, photos will not do justice to the snow and ice sculptures. We loved it, we were very surprised that we seemed to be the only westerners around. 

Thank you for the refund we did not expect that at all.
