I just wanted to send you a email after returning back to the UK to say thank you so much for the Harbin ice festival trip offered by Ice Festival Harbin. It was such a surreal day - the Siberian tiger park was brilliant and the Ice and Snow world was really cool - especially some of the sculptures and the activities they offered there. And the Ice festival in the evening was out of this world - I had seen pictures of previous festivals, so knew roughly what to expect - but I was still blown away, the lit up ice buildings were so beautiful  - I could have stayed there just wandering around for hours! And needless to say - took lots of photos! It was a incredible experience that I will never forget.

Celina was a fantastic guide who made me feel very welcome and comfortable and was very informative on both Harbin and Chinese culture. The hotel as well was very comfortable. One thing I would like to say however is that I was unaware that there would be a extensive language barrier at the hotel - as no staff member spoke any real English, which made things a bit difficult at the hotel. This is not a criticism of the hotel as it would be expected in this part of china, but I think that future travelers who are considering this trip should be made aware, so they can get a basic knowledge of mandarin - enough to get by, such as asking for drinks, meals at the restaurant etc, or a translating app in advance; neither of which I had unfortunately. 

Overall I am extremely satisfied with my Ice festival Harbin trip, thank you for organizing everything so well. I will definitely be recommending your company to anyone who is considering visiting the Harbin ice festival.
