 Thanks for making the arrangements for us. We had a great time in Harbin. 

Vivi provided excellent guide service during our visit to Harbin. She was very knowledgeable about local sites and Chinese culture. She also knew every detail about Harbin Ice and Snow world which helped us getting thru the crowds. She attended to all our special needs like vegetarian food. We really loved her service.

We didn't have much interaction with our car driver as he was just transporting us around. However, he was very courteous, always on-time and always waiting for us while we visited the site/tourist spot. The car was very clean and comfortable.

Thanks for your service and will definitely reach out to you for future China travels.
