DAY 1 Zhangjiajie

DAY 2 Zhangjiajie

Transfer via: private vehicle

Activities for today: Yellow Stone Village, Golden Whip Stream

This morning take the cable car up to the Yellow Stone Village to have 2-hour hiking on the mountain. Afternoon, enjoy a 2.5-hour leisure walking along the Golden Whip Stream, where is most likely to bring you into the Pandora's wonderland of the movie Avatar.

DAY 3 Zhangjiajie

Activities for today: Yuanjiajie Mountain, Bailong Elevator, Tianzi Mountain, Ten-mile Natural Gallery

Another full day to explore the beautiful Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, you will ascend the Yuanjiajie Mountain by the Bailong Elevator - a glass elevator built into the side of the mountain. On the summit, you will take about 2.5 hours to walk to discover the Pillar of the Southern Sky. It was used to inspiration for the famous "Hallelujah Mountains" in Blockbuster's movie Avatar. Proceed to the platform of Forgetfulness to enjoy the nearby peak views and then walk across the No. 1 Bridge under Heaven. Afternoon continue to visit Tianzi Mountain. Later, take the cable car down the mountain and go on sightseeing along the dreamlike fairyland – Ten-mile Natural Gallery (mini-train is optional. round trip RMB 76/pp).

DAY 4 Zhangjiajie

Activities for today: Yellow Dragon Cave, Tianmen Mountain, airport transfer

Morning drive to explore the fantastic Yellow Dragon Cave for about 2 hours. Afternoon transfer to Tianmen Mountain. We will take the world's longest cable car up to the summit of the mountain and take a hike along a plank road on the cliff. During the hiking, you can choose to have a walk on the glass walkway (RMB5/pp). After hiking, proceed to visit Tiammen Temple. Then take the cable car up to the middle station and take a bus along the Heaven-linking Avenue (a mountain-winding highway with 99 bends!) to see Tianmen Cave (a big hole in the mountain). Conclude the trip with a transfer to the airport.
