Activities for today: Elephant Hill, Reed Flute Cave, Mount Yao, Tea plantation

Morning drive to visit the symbol of Guilin - Elephant Hill. Then transfer to the Reed Flute Cave, which is a fantastic stalactites & stalagmites formation, known as "Natural Art Gallery".

Afternoon proceed to the Mount Yao, which is the highest mountain in Guilin, about 900m above the sea level. You will take chairlift up and down the mountain. Afterwards, visit the tea plantation of Guilin Tea Science Institute at the foot of the Mount Yao.

Activities for today: Li River Cruise, West Street

After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and drive about 40 minutes to Zhujiang Pier, and take a cruise on the Li River (about 3.5-4 hours) and enjoy a simple Chinese buffet lunch on board.

Upon arrival at the small town Yangshuo in the afternoon. Check in your hotel and free for your own exploration (perhaps strolling or shopping for some souvenirs along the West Street).

optional evening activity: Impression Liu Sanjie, an outdoor night show, performing on the Li River.

Activities for today: Countryside Cycling, Yulong River Bamboo Rafting

This morning, we will ride a bicycle to visit the nearby countryside of Yangshuo (about 2 hours). Then enjoy a wonderful bamboo rafting on the beautiful Yulong River (about 1.5 hours). Ride back to Yangshuo. The rest of the day is your own arrangement for independent visit in the town.

Activities for today: Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village, Ping'an Zhuang Village, Longji Rice Terraces

After breakfast, drive about 4 hours to the parking lot of Longji. First we will visit Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village, then ascend the mountain along a flagstone road from the parking lot about 30 minutes to Ping'an Zhuang Village, where we can see the spectacular rice terraces. Check in your hotel and have a rest. Walk to the No. 1 view points to take photos and view sunset if weather permits.

Activities for today: Longji Rice Terraces

In the morning, view sunrise if weather permits. Have a hiking tour to the No. 2 view points to see the classic sites on the rice terraces. It really deserves a short hiking tour in the rice terraces area to take some photos. Around 12:00 drive back to Guilin and we will drop you at Guilin Liangjiang International Airport to connect flight for onward destination.
