DAY 1 Arrival in Guangzhou

Transfer via: flight - on your own arrangement

Activities for today: Airport to hotel transfer

After taking the private transfer from the airport to your hotel, settle in and start to relax.

DAY 2 Guangzhou /Zhangjiajie

Transfer via: flight - on our arrangement

Activities for today: Yuexiu Park, Chen Family Temple, Xiguan Old Houses, Qingping Market, transfer to airport (Guangzhou), airport to hotel transfer (Zhangjiajie)

Today guide tour to visit the Yuexiu Park, where you can see the Symbol of the city - Five Rams Statue. After that, process to visit the Chen Family Temple. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the Xiguan Old Houses and Qingping market to see local people's life. Transfer to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport for the evening flight to Zhangjiajie. Arrival in Zhangjiajie, you will be met and transferred to the hotel at Wulingyuan Scenic Area.

DAY 3 Zhangjiajie

Activities for today: Yellow Stone Village, Golden Whip Stream, Baofeng Lake

After breakfast at the hotel, you will take a cable car to the Yellow Stone Village and be taken on a 2 hours hike on the mountain.

After lunch at a local Chinese restaurant, proceed to the Golden Whip Stream – this charming valley is most likely to bring you into the pandora's wonderland of the movie. You will have a leisure hiking about 2.5 hours. And then hiking through a grand valley (Baizhang Xia) and reach the sleepy Baofeng Lake.

Around the lake area the beautiful cataracts are found in the film Avatar. Drive to your hotel for a leisure time.

DAY 4 Zhangjiajie

Activities for today: Yuanjiajie Scenic area, Bailong Elevator, Tianzi Mountain

Today, we will explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We ascend the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area by the Bailong Elevator. On the summit platform, we will see the Southern Sky Column - the prototype of the "Hallelujah Mountains" in Avatar. In January 2010, it had been renamed "Hallelujah Mountain Avatar" by the local government in honor of the movie. Proceed to the Platform of Forgetfulness (Mihun Tai) to enjoy the nearby peak views and then walk across a supernatural work - the No.1 Bridge under Heave. Climb up the 'King of Peaks' - Tianzi Mountain. From the unique peaks in clusters here we will rediscover the mysterious setting of Avatar. Go on sightseeing along the dreamlike fairyland – Ten-mile Natural Gallery.

DAY 5 Zhangjiajie/Chengdu

Activities for today: Yellow Dragon Cave, Tianmen Mountain; transfer to airport (Zhangjiajie), airport to hotel transfer (Chengdu)

Morning drive to explore in the fantastic underground cave-Yellow Dragon Cave, hiking about 2 hours in the cave.

After that, drive to visit the Tiamenshan Mountain Nature Reserve, where you will experience a ride on the world’s longest cable car up to the summit of the mountain,

taking in the spectacular scenery as you do so. Once at the summit take a hike (approximately 2 hours long) on the Plank Road alongside Guigu Cliffs. During the hiking, you can choose to experience the glass plank road built along a cliff with an extra expense (RMB20/pp). After the hiking, you will pay a visit to the Tiammen Temple and take the Forest Sightseeing cable car and back to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station and take the big cable car up to the middle station. And take a bus through the Tongtian Avenue to explore the Tianmen Cave.

Transfer to the airport for the evening flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival at the airport, you're picked up to the hotel.

DAY 6 Chengdu

Activities for today: Chengdu Panda Breeding Center, Jinsha Cultural Relics Museum, Jinli Old Street

Moring guide tour to Chengdu Panda Breeding Center to see the lovely China's ambassadors. This is a perfect place to see lovely giant pandas at their hometowns. After that, drive to explore the Jinsha Cultural Relics Museum, a very impressive museum built at Jinsha Ruins, featuring various tools and art pieces from around 3,000 years ago. Later, free walk on the Jinli Old Street.

DAY 7 Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou

Activities for today: Hotel to airport transfer (Chengdu), Huanglong Scenic Area

Transfer to Chengdu Shuangliu Airport for the morning flight to Jiuzhaigou. Upon arrival, you will be met and drive to visit the Huanglong Scenic Area. It is named as the "World Wonder" and "Fairy Land on Earth" and well known for its colorful lakes, snow clad mountains, valleys and virgin forest. The scenic area was included in the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1992. Drive to your hotel in Jiuzhaigou for overnight.

DAY 8 Jiuzhaigou

Activities for today: Jiuzhai Valley National Park

After break at your hotel, we will explore Jiuzhai Valley National Park, a part of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. Jiuzhaigou was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992, and it was also awarded the status of UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve in 1997 with its large number of lake groups and fauna.

DAY 9 Jiuzhaigou/Xi'an

Activities for today: Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda

Transfer to the airport for the morning flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival in Xi'an, you will be met and transfer to visit the Shaanci History Museum, which is one impressive museum housing more than 370,000 pieces of historical relics. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park (excludes climbing the pagoda). The pagoda is the city emblem, which was first built in Tang Dynasty for the storage of Buddhist scriptures taken from India by Monk Xuanzang.

DAY 10 Xi'an

Activities for today: Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Grand Mosque, Muslim quarters

After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and drive to visit the Xi'an Daqin Terra-Cotta & Lacquer Furniture Art Factory. In the factory, you can see the process of how to make Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. Continue drive to visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is one of the most important archaeological finds in the 20 th century; an army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb since 2200 year ago. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Grand Mosque and free walk on the nearby Old Muslim quarters.

DAY 11 Xi'an/Beijing

Activities for today: Hotel to airport transfer (Xi'an), airport to hotel transfer (Beijing)

Transfer to Xi'an Xianyang Airport for the flight to Beijing. Upon arrival in Beijing, you're picked up to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure or do some independent exploration.

DAY 12 Beijing

Activities for today: Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City

Today, you will discover all of Beijing's imperial treasures. The Temple of Heaven, a great historical site in Beijing, where you can witness the local people's interesting morning life. Walk through Tiananmen Square, one of the largest and grandest public plazas in the world. Then enter within the imposing walls of the Forbidden City for an extensive tour through this vast complex of palaces, pavilions and courtyards as your engaging guide illuminates the dramatic history of the Emperor who once resided here.

DAY 13 Beijing

Activities for today: Mutianyu Great Wall, 798 Are Zone

After breakfast at your hotel, meet the guide and drive to visit the Great Wall of Mutianyu Section, which is one of the great wonders in the world and the symbol of China. You can take a short hiking on the wall. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Cloisonné Factory where you can see the traditional Beijing culture Art. And then drive to explore 798 Art Zone, a thriving artistic community at Beijing outskirt. Drive back to your hotel and free evening.

DAY 14 Beijing

Activities for today: Summer Palace, Hutongs

Morning pay a visit to the Summer Palace, which is the largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years. After lunch, take a 3-wheel rickshaw to Hutong and have a visit to the local family. Hutong is the unique street design in Beijing - some crisscrossing old narrow paths with courtyard houses built on each side. It is regarded as a window to see Beijing folk life.

DAY 15 Beijing/Exit

Zai Jian! After breakfast, it will be time to bid farewell to Beijing and take the private transfer to the airport, where your vacation ends.
