DAY 2 Harbin

Activities for today: Harbin Music Park, Binzhou Line Songhua River Railway Bridge, Stalin Park, Central Street, St. Sophia Church Square (exterior viewing only), Harbin Ice Lantern Art Fair.

Tour Guide & Driver Service:

Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at 9:00 am, ready to take you on an unforgettable winter journey through the ice city of Harbin.

First, you'll visit Harbin Music Park. This is where winter meets whimsy. The highlight here is the giant snowman — a cute, towering figure over ten meters tall, making it a seasonal internet-famous photo spot. Surrounded by musical theme sculptures and snow-covered paths, the park feels like a fairy tale land of ice and melody.

Next, you'll head to the Binzhou Line Songhua River Railway Bridge. This historic steel bridge, originally built by the Russians over a century ago, once carried trains across the Songhua River. Now transformed into a glass-floored sightseeing walkway, it offers breathtaking winter views of the frozen river below. Walking across it feels like stepping through history, with icy winds and panoramic scenery all around.

Then, you'll visit Stalin Park, a scenic riverside park along the Songhua River. In winter, the river freezes into a smooth mirror-like surface, while the park itself is draped in snow, dotted with snow sculptures and icy decorations. It's the perfect place to experience the relaxing local lifestyle and the magnificent winter views of the river.

After that, you'll stroll along Central Street, the century-old pedestrian street often called the "Pearl of the Oriental Moscow." Beneath your feet are traditional "bread stone" cobblestones, while on both sides stand European-style buildings in Baroque and Byzantine architectural styles. Walking here feels like stepping back in time to a bustling European town in the early 1900s.

Next, you'll make a stop at St. Sophia Church Square (no entry to the church). This Byzantine-style church, with its green domes and red brick walls, is one of Harbin's most iconic landmarks. In winter, with white doves flying overhead and snow dusting the square, the atmosphere is nothing short of magical. Even without entering the church, you can fully appreciate its exotic religious charm and architectural beauty.

Finally, as night falls, you will visit the Harbin Ice Lantern Art Fair, the birthplace of the world-famous ice lanterns. Thousands of crystal-clear ice blocks are transformed by skilled artisans into palaces, pagodas, animals, and mythical figures. Colored lights shine through the ice, creating a dazzling, dreamlike kingdom of ice and light.

DAY 3 Harbin

Activities for today: Exhibition Hall of Crime Evidence of Unit 731, Harbin Beer Museum, Baroque Block

Tour Guide & Driver Service:

Your day begins with a profound journey into the past. Your first stop is the Exhibition Hall of Crime Evidence of Unit 731 — a museum that preserves a sobering yet crucial chapter of 20th-century history. Through photographs, artifacts, and documented testimonies, this site honors the memory of victims and reminds us of the importance of peace and humanity. It is a deeply moving experience, one that stays with you long after you leave.

Following this reflective morning, the tour transitions to a lighter, more celebratory mood as you head to the Harbin Beer Museum — a place where history is brewed with flavor. As one of China's oldest breweries, this museum invites you to discover the rich story behind Harbin's legendary beer.

Step inside and explore the fascinating journey of beer-making. You'll learn about traditional brewing processes, from malt selection to fermentation, and see authentic vintage equipment that showcases old-world craftsmanship. The museum brings history to life through hands-on interactive experiences — touch, smell, and even operate some of the traditional tools used by early brewers. One of the highlights is the aerial walkway overlooking a real, functioning beer production line, where you can watch modern bottling and packaging in action from a bird's-eye view — a rare and thrilling behind-the-scenes look. Throughout the visit, you'll be immersed in sound, light, and even scent displays that recreate the atmosphere of a classic brewery. And of course, your tour includes one complimentary glass of fresh Harbin beer — the perfect way to toast to a century of brewing excellence.

After this lively stop, you'll wander into the Baroque Block (China Baroque district) , a neighborhood like no other. Here, traditional Chinese courtyard architecture meets ornate Baroque details — think carved stone facades, arched windows, and curling European flourishes blended with red lanterns and Chinese calligraphy. The result is a visually stunning and culturally rich streetscape that feels both nostalgic and exotic. It's a photographer's dream and a stroller's delight, with small shops, local snacks, and hidden alleyways waiting to be explored.

DAY 4 Harbin

Activities for today: Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo, Mordern Beer Museum, Siberian Tiger Park, Harbin Ice and Snow World

Tour Guide & Driver Service:

Today, your first stop is the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo, a dazzling outdoor gallery where snow is transformed into towering works of art. From mythical creatures to world-famous landmarks, each sculpture is meticulously hand-carved by artists from around the globe. Walking through this white wonderland feels like stepping into a living fairytale — only here, everything is made of pure, glistening snow.

Next, prepare for a completely different kind of experience at the Modern Beer Museum (Madieer Beer Museum). Housed in a stunning Russian-style building, this museum tells the story of Modern Beer — one of Harbin's beloved local breweries. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by exquisite Gross-style interiors and walls adorned with exotic oil paintings that evoke a strong sense of old-world charm. Here, you can explore the detailed history of beer development, tracing Modern Beer's century-long journey from its founding to the present day. The museum showcases not only traditional brewing heritage but also the brand's modern innovations, giving you a full picture of Harbin's rich beer culture. One of the highlights is the on-site restaurant, where you can sit back and savor a range of Modern Beer's unique brews paired with delicious local cuisine. It's a warm, flavorful escape from the winter cold — and a toast to over a hundred years of craftsmanship.

After this cultural and culinary stop, your tour continues to the Siberian Tiger Park, one of the world's largest centers for the conservation of these magnificent big cats. Here, you can observe Siberian tigers roaming in near-natural habitats — from powerful adults to playful cubs. For the brave, there's even an option to feed them from a specially designed viewing vehicle. It's a thrilling and awe-inspiring encounter with nature at its most majestic.

Finally, as night falls, you will enter the magical realm of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, the crown jewel of Harbin's winter festivals. Here, entire castles, towers, and famous landmarks from around the world are recreated with enormous blocks of crystal-clear ice, illuminated from within by colorful lights. The effect is nothing short of breathtaking — a glowing, dreamlike kingdom that seems to belong to another planet. You can walk through ice halls, slide down ice ramps, and feel the cold magic all around you.
