Workers are building a movable barge-style fountain in Songhua River in Harbin city. The project is expected to be completed in early July. By that time, tourists will see a fountain spouting water 160 meters into the air. It will become a highlight of the Harbin Summer Music Concert 2018. The fountain is located in a famous section of the Songhua River, which is near the Harbin Flood Control Monument and Stalin Park.
