The 39th China·Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival will officially open on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 16:30 PM. The festival will convene on the theme, "Celebrating The 60th Ice and Snow Birthday, Setting Foot On New Journey," with the aim to show the unique charm of Harbin's ice and snow culture. Harbin Ice and Snow World park will be set as the main venue of the opening ceremony as usual.
