The 51st Ice Lantern Art Fair opened at Zhaolin Park in Harbin at 15:00 on December 30th. Just like in previous years, admission to this year's Ice Lantern Art Fair remains free. The park this year is divided into six main areas:
- The Asian Winter Games Display Area features ice sculptures such as "Dream Together, Heart Together" and "Asian Winter Athletes," in line with the theme slogan of the Asian Winter Games, "Dreaming Together with Ice and Snow, Hearts United."
- The Historical Review Area showcases classic works from past Ice Lantern Art Fairs, including "Ice Flower Corridor" and "Ever-changing World."
- The Ice Art Competition Area hosts top-level events such as the National Professional Ice Carving Competition, University Student Ice Carving Competition, and Youth Professional Competition.
- The Ice Entertainment Area offers entertaining ice sculptures for viewing and various ice and snow entertainment activities.
- The Ice and Snow Public Welfare Activity Area will include events like the 2025 Ice Carving Celebrity Invitation Exhibition during the opening period of the Ice Lantern Art Fair, allowing citizens to experience the joy of ice sculpting.
- The Clean Governance Cultural Area, themed "Embracing Integrity," uses various forms of ice and snow art to showcase content related to clean governance culture.
