Tourists exploring Harbin, known as China's "Ice City" located in the northernmost Heilongjiang Province, now have a new attraction to enjoy—an indoor ice and snow theme park that officially opened on July 6.
Covering a vast area of 23,800 square meters, this park has secured the Guinness World Record for being the largest indoor ice and snow theme park globally.
The park boasts nine themed zones, each showcasing intricate ice sculptures illuminated by vibrant lighting. Maintaining a consistent temperature, the park is designed to welcome visitors all year round.
This indoor park complements the renowned Harbin Ice and Snow World, an expansive outdoor ice and snow theme park spanning 810,000 square meters, thus establishing Harbin as a year-round resort destination.
Harbin, famous for its frigid winters, is renowned for its annual ice and snow festival. The Harbin Ice and Snow World welcomed an average of over 30,000 visitors daily last winter.
