Competitors carve snow sculptures during the 21st Heilongjiang Provincial Snow Sculpture Competition at Harbin Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo park in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Dec. 15th, 2020. A total of 15 teams took part in the four-day event kicked off on Tuesday.
15 teams, from various regions of Heilongjiang Province, have participated in this year's competition. The competition site, filled with a variety of snow statues, creates a remarkable artistic atmosphere.The competitors and visitors have enjoyed positive cultural exchanges and have developed new friendships.
First prize, second prize and third prize as well as several candidates for each of best creativity prize, best creativity prize and excellence prize will be granted for the 21st Heilongjiang Provincial Snow Sculpture Competition. Teams winning for first prize and second prize from this competition will be qualified to attend the 27th China National Snow Sculpture Competition.
