On February 23, the "Sun Island Scenic Area" WeChat official account released a notice announcing that from February 24, the 38th Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo will adjust its ticketing policy. The full text of the notice is as follows:
Dear Visitors,
Ice and snow art has always been about the "beauty of transience." Recently, Harbin has experienced warmer weather with a significant rise in temperatures, and the snow sculpture groups at the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo are presenting their final chapter. To thank our visitors for their immense support, sincere dedication, and deep affection, the 38th Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo will adjust its ticketing policy from February 24: Standard tickets will be reduced from 198 RMB/person to 98 RMB/person; concession tickets will be adjusted from 128 RMB/person to 68 RMB/person.
During this ticket price adjustment period, the entry rules and the eligibility criteria for concession tickets remain unchanged. Please bring your original valid ID documents for verification upon entry.
Though the ice and snow may melt, the charm and fun do not diminish. "Cheese" and "Sesame," the giant pandas at the Sun Island Panda Pavilion within the park, are welcoming spring in their own unique way and look forward to meeting you.
